Capstone Design + Build provides a SINGLE SOURCE project delivery method, in contrast to the traditional “design-bid-build” process which silos the design team and the build team creating multiple points of contact to coordinate and deliver a project..
We integrate the architect and builder at every stage of the creative process streamlining communication as a whole team to minimize risks for the project Owner and shorten the project timeline.

With your project goals in hand, we take a 360 degree look at design solutions, challenging each other to push boundaries of what is achievable.
At the conclusion of this phase, you will have a design solution and a schematic budget.

Next up, clarity!
Following the first phase, once the project is in alignment with your goals, we begin to refine/ enhance design while providing clarity on cost and scheduling. Our collaborative process integrates a team of in-house architects, interior designers and contractors who will be with you every step of the way - allowing you to make difficult decisions with confidence.
Our state of the art 3D visualization software and virtual reality lab are a few of the tools we utilize to assist you in your decision making.
At the conclusion of this phase, we will have final construction drawings, material selections, costs and schedule.
