Construction Site Supervisor
Capstone Design + Build, a growing design/build firm located in downtown Lancaster, is currently seeking a Construction Supervisor with 5-10 years of experience managing field activities on remodeling, new custom homes and commercial projects of varying size and complexity. On a daily basis, candidate must demonstrate customer focused mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment. Responsibilities:
Overseeing site activities on multiple projects
Generating and managing subcontractor and material delivery schedules
Communications with internal team (project managers, architects, interior designers, etc.)
Maintaining a safe job site
Carpentry as required
Proficiencies:
Plan reading
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Microsoft Project
General knowledge of current building codes
