Construction Site Supervisor
We are seeking, a Construction Site Supervisor with 5+ years of experience managing field activities on remodeling, new custom homes and commercial projects of varying size and complexity. On a daily basis, candidate must demonstrate customer focused mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
Responsibilities:
Leading all on-site activities on multiple projects at once. From project kickoff through final closeout.
This role is central to project success and requires a high level of leadership, organization, and technical expertise.
Serve as the primary on-site authority for safety, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing execution.
Communications with internal team (project managers, architects, interior designers)
Carpentry as required
Proficiencies:
Strong understanding of residential construction processes and building codes.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency with scheduling and Microsoft Project software as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Office Manager/ Marketing Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive professional who will serve as an integral part of our team and play a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth. This position blends traditional office management with a strong emphasis on marketing, brand development, and business support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and motivated to contribute beyond daily operations.
Office Operations & Team Support
Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
Oversee filing systems, data management, and internal procedures.
Handle sensitive company and client information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Produce accurate, high-quality work with sufficient lead time for internal review.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and partners.
Identify and implement improved processes, tools, and technologies to enhance office efficiency.
Marketing & Growth Initiatives (Key Focus)
Lead content creation efforts, including social media, project highlights, and firm updates.
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to capture project photos, videos, and milestones.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, local outreach, and community engagement initiatives.
Manage relationships with photographers, designers, and marketing consultants.
Coordinate and solicit client reviews, testimonials, and project narratives.
Maintain and update the company website with current projects and content.
Identify opportunities to elevate the firm’s brand presence and support business development efforts.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain and organize project records and documentation.
Process and file receipts, invoices, and billing information.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Track and order office supplies as needed.
Coordinate company materials, including branded apparel and supplies.
Answer phones professionally and manage messages.
Assist in planning and coordinating team events and internal activities.
